ASIAN FOOD COURT EXTRAVAGANZA

As I had mentioned to some friends recently, I've been craving me some dim sum...especially some fried sesame balls.   So, I took a friend from work (a self-confessed Asian food fiend) to the food court at the Asian supermarket across from BU.  They have some of everything there, and that's just what we got.

Beef Chow Foon, dry fried.

Braised Brisket with rice noodles. My favorite of the day.

Vietnamese spring roll.  Very much like lumpia.


Rear: Pork Bulgogi with thick noodles. Front: Vietnamese fresh rolls with peanut sauce and
red pepper paste.

Phoenix Claws (Fung zao). Yep, those are chicken feet.

Tofu Skin roll with Shrimp (Sin zuk gyun?)

Shanghai Dumplings (Xiaolongbao)

Fried Sesame Balls with lotus (Jian dui).
